Swordfish Puttanesca

This dish is bursting with so much flavor the second you take a bite you’ll feel like you’re sitting in Sorrento by the sea. It’s a perfect spring or summer dish to whip up super quick with minimal clean up because you only need one pan!

Ingredients

2 swordfish steaks

1 tablespoon evoo

2 gloves of garlic minced

2 tomatoes diced

6-8 kalamata olives chopped

2 anchovy fillets

1 tablespoon chopped basil

2 tablespoons of lemon juce

salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Salt and pepper your swordfish steaks on both sides

Next, cook your swordfish for 3 minutes on each side in a hot pan or dutch oven

Remove them from the pan and place them on the side

Add the oil, tomatoes, anchovies, garlic and olives to the pan and cook for 10 minutes

Add your swordfish back to the pan and cook for another 3 minutes

Add lemon juice and basil on top

Remove from the pan, put all of the puttanesca on top of the swordfish and serve immediately
