Mediterranean Lamb Burger

There’s nothing like a burger on the grill in the summer. I love taking my burgers to the next level by buying the ground meat and seasoning it with anything I want. These lamb burgers are so delicious, you’ll be making them all summer!

Yield: 6 burgers

Ingredients

2 pounds ground lamb

2 tablespoons chopped dill

1 tablespoon chopped mint

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 small onion, chopped

3 gloves of garlic, minced

salt and black pepper to taste

Directions

Put your ground lamb in a big bowl and add the dill, mint, smoked paprika, onion, garlic, salt and pepper. Using your hands, mix everything together until it is well combined

Take a handful of the mixture and form a patty

Grill your burgers for about 4-5 minutes on each side

Toast your buns and add optional toppings of pickled onions and tzatziki or anything you want!
