Limoncello Spritz

I had a limoncello spritz for the for first time last summer on my honeymoon in Positano and boy was I hooked. We all know and love aperol spritz but this limoncello version is its older more sophisticated sister.

Ingredients

2 oz limoncello

3 oz prosecco

1 oz club soda

ice

lemon and mint for garnish (optional)

Directions

Fill your glass up with ice, add the limoncello followed by the prosecco and club soda

Mix everything together

Add your lemon and mix garnish

Serve! 🍋
