Torta Caprese

The Torta Caprese is a flourless chocolate cake that gets its origins from Capri. It’s perfect for any occasion and is sure to put hearts in the eyes of any chocolate lover!

Ingredients

1/2 pound bittersweet chocolate

300g unpeeled almonds

200g unsalted butter

1 cup sugar

6 large eggs

2 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder

3 tablespoons Strega

Confectioners Sugar for dusting
