Nutella Peppermint Bark
If I’m being completely honest, I was never big on peppermint bark but throw nutella into the mix and I’m sold. The combination of white chocolate, swirls of nutella and bits of candy cane are a match made in Christmas heaven.
Ingredients
2 bars of white chocolate (4 oz each)
5 candy canes
1/2 cup of nutella
Directions
In a double boiler melt the two bars of white chocolate
While the chocolate is melting, add your candy canes to a food processors and crush them. If you don’t have a food processor you can put them in a ziploc bag and crush them with a cup
Once the chocolate is melted, spread it evenly onto a parchment paper lined baking tray
Sprinkle the pieces of crushed candy cane on top
With a spoon add swirls of nutella throughout
Place the baking tray in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours
Break the bark into pieces and store in a tupperware in the refrigerator
