Mini Focaccia Rolls

These mini focaccia rolls are the perfect addition to any party. I love making homemade focaccia for my guest but hate cutting it up into little pieces for everyone. This recipe takes all of that work out and lets each guest have their own little focaccia roll to enjoy!

I broke small pieces of dough off and put them in my oiled cupcake tray

Next I topped them with cut up cherry tomatoes and rosemary that I had seasoned with oil and salt

I added more olive oil and flakey sea salt to the top

Bake at 400F until golden brown

Enjoy!
