Frozen Aperol Spritz

Just when you thought an Aperol Spritz was the perfect summer cocktail, in comes her older sister the Frozen Aperol Spritz! It’s the answer to every hot summer day and perfect for impressing your guests at a backyard BBQ.

Ingredients

Makes 2 drinks

3 ounces aperol

8 ounces prosecco

1 ounce fresh orange juice

2 1/2 cups of ice

2 slices of orange for garnish

Directions

Put your ice, aperol, prosecco and orange juice in a blender and blend until you have a slushy consistency

Pour your frozen aperol into two cup and garnish with a slice of orange

Enjoy!
