Crostini with Burrata, Grilled Peach and Prosciutto

These crostini are the perfect antipasto for a summer get together. The crusty bread, creamy burrata, deliciously charred peaches wrapped in prosciutto is a combination that is simply

out of this world!

Ingredients

1 loaf of bread

4 burrata

2 peach

1/2 pound imported prosciutto

optional: balsamic glaze

Directions

Slice your loaf of bread in about 1 in thick pieces and slice your peaches in half

Once your grill is preheated to about 350F, place your sliced bread and peach halves on the grill

Cook until the bread is crusty and the peaches have grill marks on them

Cut your burrata into small pieces and place a piece on each crostini and spread it

Take your peach halves and slice them into slivers and wrap each one in a slice of prosciutto

Lay the peach on top of the crostini with burrata and drizzle with balsamic glaze
