Crab Cakes

This recipe was born out of my love for crab cakes but always being intimidated to make them myself. For some reason, I always thought they were super hard to make and required so much time. I love taking dishes that may be hard to make and finding a way to make them simpler and easier to use in every day life.

Ingredients:

8 oz crab meat

1 cup bread crumbs

Juice from 1 lemon

2 eggs

2 tbsp parsley

1 tbsp garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl. Grab a handful and form a patty. Continue until you’ve used all of the mixture.

Cook at 375 F for 15-20 minutes

Squeeze lemon juice on top and serve
