Aperol Spritz

If I had to pick one cocktail of the summer, it one hundred percent has to be an aperol spritz. It’s a great way to bring a little slice of Italy to your own home!

Ingredients

3 parts prosecco

2 parts Aperol

1 part club soda

slice of orange for garnish

Directions

Fill a large wine glass with ice and then add the prosecco, aperol and club soda. Give it a mix, add your orange slice and enjoy!
