Pistachio Popsicles

Summer is here and to say it’s HOT would be an understatement. These pistachio popsicles require minimal effort but taste gourmet! I will definitely be keeping a batch of these on hand in the freezer all summer.

Ingredients

2 cups whole milk

1 cup heavy cream

1 1/2 tablespoons of sugar

pinch of salt

4 tablespoons of pistachio cream

Directions

Add all of your ingredients to a pot and put over low flame and whisk until everything is combined and the cream has melted into the rest of the mixture

Once the cream has melted and your mixture is a beautiful pistachio green color you can either pour the mixture into a blender or use an immersion blender to really blend everything together for about 20-30 seconds

Pour your mixture into your popsicle molds and freeze overnight or for about 6 hours

When you take them out of the molds you can drizzle them with some extra pistachio cream if you’d like. I definitely recommend it!
