Pan di Stelle Peanut Butter Cups

If you love Reeses Peanut Butter cups, you'll love this Italian rendition of Pan di Stelle Peanut Butter Cups. Topped with flaky sea salt, it's impossible to eat just one!

Ingredients

Yield 12 peanut butter cups

1 1/2 cups peanut or almond butter

1 1/2 cups of pan di stelle

12 cupcake liners

1 cupcake pan

Directions

Line a cupcake tray with 12 cupcake liners

Fill each liner with a heaping teaspoon of peanut butter and even it out

Next add a heaping tablespoon of pan di stelle on top of the peanut butter and spread it evenly

Sprinkle the top with some sea salt

Freeze for an hour and enjoy!
