Chicken Cutlets
If there’s one thing we can all agree on is that chicken cutlets are a staple of Italian-American households. This delicious baked version is a healthy way to enjoy chicken cutlets without the guilt. What takes these cutlets over the top is the lemon, garlic and oregano juice that gets poured over the top. Check out my video below to see how they’re made!
Ingredients
Yield: 12-15 cutlets
3 packages of thinly sliced chicken cutlets
2 eggs
3 cups of plain breadcrumbs
1 cup grated parmigiano
2 tablespoons oregano
1 tablespoon garlic powder
salt and red pepper to taste
Juice
3 lemons
3 big pieces of garlic, smashed
1 teaspoon of oregano

Bake at 400 F for 20 - 22 minutes
